This project aimed to successfully launch and create TikTok content for c2c, incorporating a well-defined strategy. The content produced would not only be shared on TikTok but also utilized across other c2c social media platforms to maximize its reach.
The challenges we encountered involved representing various aspects of the business, including consumer offerings for leisure and commuter travel, train safety, recruitment, and informative content.
To overcome these challenges, we conducted thorough research on how TikTok could effectively work for our client, considering potential obstacles. We devised a strategy to effectively communicate key content, developed an execution plan, and provided ongoing support. Once approved, we engaged in regular research, content conceptualisation, creation, and production. This collaborative effort with the social media team led to a consistent brand presence on the platform.
