Dynamic Duo Campaign

c2c Rail

The objective of this project was to engage existing commuter customers of c2c rail and encourage them to transition from using paper tickets to the c2c Train Travel App and Smartcard. We aimed to educate the audience on how these technologies work individually and together, while emotionally connecting with them to inspire a change in their purchasing habits and experience.

The challenge was to effectively convey the functionality and advantages of the app and Smartcard, ultimately convincing users that the new method offered a superior experience.

Our solution was to personify the app and Smartcard as characters, taking the audience on an emotional and educational journey to facilitate the conversion process. To enhance engagement across various platforms, we presented the campaign in animated form, resonating with a wider audience.
